Fees for Services:
53-minute session $285 (as of 2025)
Session length is the same for individuals, couples and families.

I am currently not on any insurance panels. After years of being an in-network provider for various insurance providers, I decided to leave the panels of insurance networks. However, services may be covered in part or in full by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following:

Do I have out of network mental health insurance (or "behavioral health") coverage?

What is my deductible and how much has been met?

How many sessions does my health insurance cover per year?

What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Is approval required by my primary care physician?
If you do have out of network coverage, I will be happy to provide you with a bill for services rendered that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement consideration.
I do offer a limited number of sliding scale slots to lower-income clients; please do not hesitate to inquire about that.

Types of Payments Accepted: Cash, Venmo, Zelle, check, or credit cards are accepted for payment at the time of each session. HSA cards can be used for these psychotherapy sessions.
